08 October 2026 - Working with the Locals

Why work against each other when we can support each other. This is the conversation we had with the Owners of The Play Rig in Beccles. A new set up in what was once the town cinema and then an Italian restaurant. Utilising the frontage and layout of the beautiful compact building right in the centre of town with easy parking, walking distance for many and plenty of space for the adults to sit and talk whilst the children play. The physical graft to erect The Play Rig was immense for the owners and what with being let down by suppliers they had to use their wits and imagination to get open on time. So us being us feel that an inflatable along side their play rig may help increase footfall and in the spirit of supporting each other and with our event season at an end we've offered to install a small bouncer for the winter season. Our relationship with The Play Rig is one of mutual respect and long may it continue.
